Rotospas are manufactured in Lakefield, Ontario.

What do you mean "portable" ?

Because of its light-weight, it can easily be packed up, and moved to a different location. ie: a cottage, or summer house

I'd like to try one out. Is this possible?

If you rent it for a week, it is $299 + taxes or for 2 weeks, $499 + taxes. If you keep it, that price will come off the total purchase price of the hot tub.

What extras are required?

There is no extras at all, No wiring, No Plumbing, No extras!

What is the delivery charge

The delivery and setup is completely free.

Can they be used indoor?

Our spas can be used both indoors, our outside, depending on your needs.

How much do they weigh when filled with water?

When filled with water, its weight is approx. 3100 pounds.

How heavy are they empty?

They are 250 pounds when empty.

Can I put it on my deck?

Most decks will be able to support the weight of the hot tub when filled with water, however a few modifications to your deck may be needed in order to support it.

What is the warranty?

The warranty of the spa is 10 years for the shell and 2 years for the electronics and pump system.

Can I use my hot tub every month of the year?

Yes, our spas are fully insulated, and therefore can be used in the extremist conditions of the winter.

How do they maintain their temperature?

The thermostat will maintain a preset temperature, programmed by you, that can be changed at anytime depending on the surounding temperature.
